Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and prioritizing customer needs to help them select jewelry that expresses their personality.
• Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets through effective use of all available sales tools and channels.
• Maintain high and consistent levels of customer service and handle inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism.
• Stay updated on product features, new releases, and stylistic details through continuous training.
• Assist in store organization, ensuring the sales floor and back office are clean, tidy, and well-presented.
• Participate in inventory control, stock checks, and visual merchandising activities.
• Support company sustainability initiatives by minimizing waste and environmental impact.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service orientation and a passion for sales and jewelry.
• Strong ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet store needs.
• Result-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Fluency in both Greek and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail sales role within fashion, fragrance, or accessories is preferred but not required.
