Responsibilities

• Build strong connections between the brand and our customers
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through exceptional service and product knowledge
• Create positive customer experiences by maintaining product displays and store atmosphere
• Manage cash register operations and financial transactions, including returns and exchanges
• Participate in online training and continuous skill development

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail and customer service
• Availability to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• Very good command of the English language
• A genuine interest in jewelry or fashion
• A team-oriented mindset and high level of motivation
