Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to customers and manage post-sales support
• Build and maintain a loyal customer base
• Manage stock organization, system operations, returns, and exchanges
• Replenish store inventory and ensure products are available on the floor
• Maintain the organization, assembly, and cleanliness of store displays and windows
• Participate in internal training to become a specialist in luxury handmade products
• Follow company guidelines and procedures to maintain international brand standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in customer service and sales
• Clear and receptive communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Availability to work a 6x1 schedule
