Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the selection and fitting of eyewear and contact lenses
• Build strong customer relationships by providing updates on order status and delays
• Maintain meticulous inventory management and patient record accuracy
• Ensure store visual presentation and cleanliness of equipment meet brand standards
• Pursue continuous professional development and product knowledge training

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred
