Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the selection and fitting of eyewear and contact lenses
• Build strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and order updates
• Maintain meticulous inventory management and patient record accuracy
• Ensure the store's visual presentation and cleanliness meet brand standards
• Pursue personal development and training to stay current with industry standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment
• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred
