Sales Associate - Optical

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the selection and fitting of eyewear and contact lenses
• Establish strong customer relationships by providing updates on order status
• Maintain meticulous inventory management and accurate patient records
• Ensure store visual presentation and equipment cleanliness meet brand standards
• Pursue ongoing training to stay current with industry standards and product knowledge

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
• Professional attitude and strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience
