About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product expertise to deliver a premium brand experience
- Support various store departments including cash management, stock processing, and floor replenishment
- Assist Leads and Coaches in the training and onboarding of new team members
- Utilize digital tools to bridge the gap between online and offline shopping experiences
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on the latest sales trends and Nike culture
Requirements
- A genuine passion for Nike and/or sport
- Strong customer focus and ability to work effectively within a team
- Professional communication skills
- Proactive attitude with an open mind and high motivation
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required
