Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and product expertise to deliver a premium brand experience
• Assist Leads and Coaches in the training and onboarding of new team members
• Support various store operations including cash management, stock processing, and floor replenishment
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays
• Utilize digital tools to bridge the gap between online and offline shopping experiences
• Stay updated on product trends, services, and Nike culture through continuous training

Requirements

• A genuine passion for Nike and/or sports
• Strong customer focus and ability to communicate professionally
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Proactive attitude with an open mind and high motivation
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
• Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred
