Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and product expertise to deliver a premium brand experience
• Support various store departments including cash management, stock processing, and floor replenishment
• Assist Leads and Coaches in the training and onboarding of new team members
• Utilize digital tools to bridge the gap between online and offline shopping experiences
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product display
• Stay updated on product trends, services, and Nike culture through continuous training

Requirements

• A genuine passion for Nike and/or sport
• Strong customer focus and professional communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Proactive attitude with an open mind and high motivation
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
• Previous retail experience is preferred but not required
