Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and product expertise to create a premium brand experience
• Support various store operations including cash desk, stock receiving, replenishment, and display setup
• Recommend suitable products to customers to help achieve sales targets
• Utilize digital tools to seamlessly connect online and offline shopping experiences
• Assist Leads and Coaches in training new team members
• Act as a Brand Ambassador for NIKE initiatives and stay updated on product trends and culture

Requirements

• A strong passion for NIKE and/or a love for sport
• Excellent customer service skills and a proactive attitude
• Proficiency in both German and English
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends
• Previous retail experience is preferred but not required
