Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a premium shopping experience by identifying their needs and offering comprehensive Nike product solutions
• Use customer service and sales techniques to connect customers with appropriate products and support sales goals
• Build brand connections by delivering high-quality service and sharing the brand story within the retail environment
• Maintain knowledge across various store departments and assist with cash register transactions, stock receiving, and visual merchandising
• Act as a product knowledge resource and support the training of new team members
• Support loss prevention efforts through proactive customer service

Requirements

• Passion for the Nike brand
• Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to ensure excellent customer service
• Flexibility to work weekends
• Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred
