Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and prioritising suitable Restaurant Partners for the Mr D platform
• Assist in creating and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
• Assist Sales Area Leads with the restaurant sign-up process
• Act as the lead point of contact for restaurant partners in assigned areas
• Strengthen relationships with restaurant partners and monitor business performance
• Provide timeous and effective solutions and feedback to partners
• Assist with device-related queries and deliver marketing material
• Train restaurant staff on the use of the Mr D restaurant device
• Ensure strict restaurant visit standards are maintained

Requirements

• Matric qualification
• Minimum 1 year of prior sales or account management experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset and consultative sales approach
• Knowledge of the local restaurant industry
• Ability to self-motivate and work in a fast-paced environment
• Own transport and a valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in using CRM tools
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry
• Tertiary qualification
