Responsibilities

• Engage customers with a personalized, consultative sales approach
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, values, and brand story
• Process customer transactions including sales, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
• Execute store operations including opening/closing and stockroom organization
• Support in-store events and promotions
• Proactively build and expand the customer base through networking and follow-up

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods and climb ladders
