Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive results by delivering an elevated and personalized customer experience
• Foster long-term client relationships through styling expertise and trend knowledge
• Perform operational tasks with excellence to maintain store standards
• Achieve productivity goals by multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Drive omnichannel sales by utilizing available digital tools and technology
• Collaborate with management to brainstorm innovative ways to maximize personal sales

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant retail experience
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and high-traffic retail days
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Authorization to work in the United States

• Experience in a luxury retail environment
• A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Strong passion for fashion and styling
• Technologically savvy with experience using retail POS systems
