Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals and utilize elevated service levels to maximize performance
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of merchandise and fashion industry trends
• Build and maintain repeat clientele through effective client book management
• Resolve client problems and complaints quickly to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain a neat, organized, and well-stocked selling floor and stockroom
• Assist with inventory, shipping, receiving protocols, and paperwork
• Execute all Point-of-Sale functions and comply with register policies

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience
• Knowledge of fashion industry trends
• Proven ability to meet sales goals
• Proficiency in Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
