Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Act as a direct contact for customers and provide advice on food products in departments such as fruit & vegetables, meat, fish, and dairy
• Provide high-quality customer service to gastronomy and wholesale clients
• Restock shelves and freezers, including working in cooler environments
• Present goods attractively and implement promotional measures
• Ensure quality assurance by following legal and regulatory standards (e.g., HACCP, expiration date control)

Requirements

• Ideally completed training in retail or gastronomy (e.g., Chef, Restaurant Specialist, Wholesale or Retail Salesperson)
• Career changers are welcome and will receive professional training
• Experience in the food retail sector is a plus
• Customer-oriented mindset and passion for retail
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
