Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the business development team with prospecting and lead generation to grow sales funnels
• Communicate the scientific and operational benefits of Medpace services to prospective clients
• Generate new business opportunities using tools such as Zymewire, Citeline Data, and Salesforce
• Secure commitments from decision makers for discovery calls with Business Development or Subject Matter Experts
• Follow up on inbound marketing leads to identify and qualify new opportunities
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on email outreach campaigns
• Maintain accurate sales activity data within Salesforce
• Complete requested information and questionnaires from prospective and current clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Highly motivated, well-organized, and results-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in life sciences
• Previous sales experience
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM technologies
