Responsibilities

• Provide a best-in-class customer experience, anticipating needs and building authentic relationships
• Drive sales results by engaging customers and delivering expert product knowledge
• Support store operations including opening/closing, inventory management, and visual merchandising
• Stay current on product knowledge, golf culture, and style trends
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet sales goals
• Represent Malbon as a brand champion

Requirements

• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred
• Passion for golf and its intersection with culture and fashion
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be 18+ years of age

Benefits

• $15.00/hr – $17.00/hr
