About the role
Responsibilities
- Share the brand mission and provide personalized product recommendations
- Facilitate in-store beading appointments, parties, and special events
- Process transactions using the POS system and answer customer questions
- Maintain a tidy, well-stocked, and visually inspiring sales floor
- Assist at the bead bar, tie bracelets, and fulfill custom orders
- Support inventory intake, visual merchandising, and clienteling efforts
Requirements
- Retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for beading, styling, and content creation
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Availability from May through Labor Day weekend
- Alignment with the brand mission of kindness and self-love
