About the role
Responsibilities
- Share the brand mission and provide personalized product recommendations
- Facilitate in-store beading appointments, parties, and special events
- Process transactions using the POS system and provide high-quality customer service
- Maintain a tidy, well-stocked, and visually inspiring sales floor
- Assist at the bead bar, tie bracelets, and fulfill custom orders
- Support inventory intake, visual merchandising, clienteling, and KPI management
Requirements
- Retail experience preferred
