Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Share the brand mission and provide personalized product recommendations
• Facilitate in-store beading appointments, parties, and special events
• Process transactions using the POS system and answer customer questions
• Maintain a tidy, well-stocked, and visually inspiring sales floor
• Assist at the bead bar, tie bracelets, and fulfill custom orders
• Support inventory intake, visual merchandising, and clienteling efforts

Requirements

• Retail experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for beading, styling, and content creation
• Positive, solution-oriented attitude
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
