Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service using the "Connect, Consult & Close" approach
• Meet or exceed daily individual and store sales and performance goals
• Maintain thorough product knowledge and an understanding of brand heritage
• Comply with cash handling, security, safety, and loss prevention guidelines
• Assist with merchandise replenishment, security tagging, and pricing
• Maintain store appearance and visual presentation standards
• Utilize RFID-enabled processes for accurate sales floor replenishment
• Use basic technology and iOS devices for store operations and troubleshooting

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand, walk, squat, or bend for extended periods
• Basic technology skills, including familiarity with iOS and ability to read technical manuals
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and an adaptable mindset
