Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by suggesting trend-based looks and styling options tailored to consumer needs
• Drive brand loyalty by engaging customers with the Red Tab Loyalty program and promoting the omni-channel experience
• Manage store operations including cash handling, shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment
• Resolve consumer concerns effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction and brand integrity
• Maintain store standards and comply with all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Fashion savvy with a strong interest in current trends
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand, walk, kneel, squat, or bend for extended periods
• Reliable transportation
• Minimum age of 16
