Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service using the "Connect, Consult & Close" approach
• Meet or exceed daily individual and store sales and performance goals
• Maintain thorough product knowledge and understanding of Levi Strauss & Co. heritage
• Comply with cash handling, security, safety, and loss prevention guidelines
• Assist with merchandise replenishment, security tagging, and pricing
• Maintain store appearance and visual presentation standards
• Utilize RFID-enabled processes for rapid and accurate inventory replenishment

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform constant standing, walking, squatting, and bending
• Basic technology skills, including familiarity with iOS and basic device troubleshooting
• Organized, methodical, and adaptable personality

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
