Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service using the Connect, Consult, and Close method
• Meet or exceed daily individual and store sales and performance goals
• Maintain thorough product knowledge and understanding of brand heritage
• Execute store operations including cash handling, security, and loss prevention
• Assist with merchandise replenishment, pricing, and visual presentation standards
• Utilize RFID-enabled processes for accurate inventory and sales floor refills

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform constant standing, walking, squatting, and bending
• Basic technology skills, including familiarity with iOS and device troubleshooting
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Characteristics such as being organized, methodical, consistent, and adaptable
