Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service using the "Connect, Consult & Close" approach
• Meet or exceed daily individual and store sales and performance goals
• Maintain thorough product knowledge and understanding of brand heritage
• Comply with cash handling, security, safety, and loss prevention guidelines
• Assist with merchandise replenishment, security tagging, and pricing
• Maintain store appearance and visual presentation standards
• Execute rapid and accurate sales floor refills using RFID-enabled processes
• Utilize basic technology and iOS skills for store operations and troubleshooting

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform constant standing, walking, squatting, and bending
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Basic technology skills, including familiarity with iOS and technical manuals
• Strong organizational, methodical, and adaptable characteristics
