About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service using the "Connect, Consult & Close" approach
- Meet or exceed daily individual and store sales and performance goals
- Maintain thorough product knowledge and an understanding of brand heritage
- Execute store operations including cash handling, security, and loss prevention
- Assist with merchandise replenishment, security tagging, and pricing
- Maintain store appearance and visual presentation standards
- Utilize RFID-enabled processes for accurate inventory replenishment
- Use basic technology and iOS devices for sales and troubleshooting
Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, squat, and bend for extended periods
- Basic technology skills, including familiarity with iOS
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Structured, organized, and adaptable personality
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
