Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service using the "Connect, Consult & Close" approach
• Meet or exceed daily individual and store sales and performance goals
• Maintain thorough product knowledge and an understanding of brand heritage
• Execute store operations including cash handling, security, and loss prevention
• Assist with merchandise replenishment, security tagging, and pricing
• Maintain store appearance and visual presentation standards
• Utilize RFID-enabled processes for accurate inventory replenishment
• Use basic technology and iOS devices for sales and troubleshooting

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, squat, and bend for extended periods
• Basic technology skills, including familiarity with iOS
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Structured, organized, and adaptable personality

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
