Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plans and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships
• Assist patients with frame selection and use optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and coatings
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed
• Maintain store appearance by keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment by treating colleagues and customers with respect

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems, computers, and calculators
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Basic math and phone skills
• Ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a fast-paced environment
