Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plans and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships
• Assist patients in selecting frames and recommend specific lenses and coatings based on optical prescriptions
• Conduct optical measurements using appropriate tools and consult with Opticians as needed
• Maintain a positive store environment by keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating all customers and colleagues with respect

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems, computers, and calculators
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Basic math and phone skills
• Ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a fast-paced environment
