Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plans and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate them with optical measurements
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed
• Maintain a clean, attractive, and organized store environment, including displays and inventory
• Foster a positive and inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems, computers, and calculators
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Basic math and phone skills
• Ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a fast-paced environment
