Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plans and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinating them with optical measurements
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed
• Maintain a positive store environment and professional relationships with peers, management, and doctors
• Ensure store displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems, computers, and calculators
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Basic math and phone skills
• Ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a fast-paced environment
