Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads
• Develop new business opportunities by establishing strong working relationships with local partners
• Prospect and qualify leads, build relationships, and follow up on new business opportunities
• Ensure standard operating procedures and policies are implemented in a timely and accurate manner
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote Lalamove's services and values to local partners

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience in KSA (startup or logistics experience is a plus)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
• Must have a valid driving license and a car
• Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to an ever-changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in CRM programs
• Experience in the logistics or startup industry
