Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the US market
• Evaluate customer potential and establish new corporate accounts
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients
• Provide customer assistance regarding app troubleshooting and order-related issues
• Analyze customer profiles and order behavior through research
• Support the Sales team in maintaining consistent client contact
• Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs and revenue targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with English fluency
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with using social media platforms
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule (4 days field-based in New Jersey, 1 day in NYC office)
