Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities in Berlin
• Support customer acquisition through cold calling, outreach activities, and door-to-door visits
• Introduce Lalamove's services to prospective clients and assist with the onboarding process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Support account management activities and maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems
• Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve individual and team growth targets

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program
• Available to work 20 hours per week for a 6-month fixed-term contract
• Fluent in Vietnamese and German
• Proficient in English
• Comfortable with proactive outreach and relationship-building activities
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
