Responsibilities
- Greet customers and offer tailored advice to enhance their shopping experience
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, features, and brand information
- Meet and exceed personal sales goals through effective selling techniques
- Build and nurture trust-based relationships with customers via clienteling
- Process transactions accurately using the company's POS system
- Uphold brand standards through visual merchandising and maintaining organized displays
- Assist with receiving merchandise, stock replenishment, and inventory counts
- Support security efforts and adhere to loss prevention policies
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a luxury, customer-centric environment
- Proven ability to meet and exceed individual sales targets
- Expertise in consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory procedures
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
