Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide assistance in selecting products
• Drive sales through excellent product knowledge and active customer engagement
• Maintain the sales floor by keeping it organized, stocked, and attractively displayed
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Stay informed about new products and promotions to communicate effectively to customers
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain high service standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Enthusiastic and customer-oriented approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to learn and grow within a retail setting
