Responsibilities

• Maintain store organization and uphold visual merchandising standards
• Promote company initiatives such as the Outdoor Discovery School and L.L.Bean Mastercard
• Collaborate with team members to achieve results and maintain a positive work environment
• Follow all safety policies and procedures to contribute to a healthy workplace

Requirements

• Passion for providing world-class customer service
• Friendly and outgoing communication style
• Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new technologies
• Availability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Ability to occasionally move and lift objects up to 40 pounds
• Capacity for collaborative work in a retail environment
