Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and offer product recommendations
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to store success
• Stay informed about current products, trends, and promotions
• Support visual merchandising and maintain store standards
• Process transactions accurately using the point of sale system
• Support inventory management and stockroom organization
• Replenish the shop floor as necessary

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or luxury retail
• Highly motivated and target driven
• Interest in fashion
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift in excess of 50 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders and use a stepping stool
• Flexible to work weekends and evenings
• Must be eligible to work in the US
• Proficient in English, written and spoken
