Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service
• Welcome customers warmly and guide them to products to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Efficiently manage stock by pair checking and organizing the stockroom
• Ensure the shop floor is kept tidy, replenished, and maintained to store standards
• Support the management team by working towards individual and team sales targets
• Provide details of loyalty programs to enhance the shopping experience
• Assist in the preparation and planning of promotional activities
• Act as a brand role model and adhere to uniform standards
• Participate in regular training to become a confident brand ambassador
