Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions
• Build sales by maintaining a consumer-centric mindset and modeling selling behaviors
• Share product, brand, and community knowledge to enhance the customer experience
• Assist in visual merchandising, product replenishment, and maintaining brand presentation standards
• Perform cashier duties and support loss prevention initiatives
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Requirements

• 0–1 year of relevant experience (customer service or retail experience preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Proficient computer skills, including basic retail systems and applications
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, and lifting light to moderate weight
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
