Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions
• Build sales by modeling effective selling behaviors and maintaining a consumer-centric mindset
• Share product, brand, and community knowledge to enhance the shopping experience
• Assist with visual merchandising, product replenishment, and maintaining brand presentation standards
• Perform cashier duties and support loss prevention initiatives
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Requirements

• 0-1 year of relevant experience (customer service or retail experience is a plus)
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with basic retail systems and computer applications
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods
• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, squatting, and lifting light to moderate weight
