Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions and exceptional service
• Build sales by maintaining a consumer-centric mindset and modeling selling behaviors
• Share product, brand, and community knowledge to enhance the customer experience
• Assist in visual merchandising, product replenishment, and maintaining brand presentation standards
• Perform cashier duties and support loss prevention initiatives
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Requirements

• Ability to genuinely and comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing business needs
• Proficiency with basic retail systems and computer applications
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, and climbing ladders
• Ability to lift light to moderate weight
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience
• Prior retail industry experience
