Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by sharing product passion and helping customers find the perfect items
• Drive sales by understanding and meeting store targets
• Maintain store visual standards to ensure the environment is always customer-ready
• Learn detailed product knowledge to inspire and assist customers
• Follow all store standards, policies, and operational procedures
• Contribute to a supportive and fun team environment

Requirements

• Proactive, can-do attitude with a strong desire to help others
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to listen to and understand customer needs
• Fluency in both Dutch and English
• Genuine interest in fashion, retail trends, or an active lifestyle
• Ability to learn quickly and embrace new challenges
• Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays

• Previous experience working in a retail environment
