Sales Associate (Key Holder)

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by delivering the TUMI Selling Ceremony and providing premium customer service
• Act as a key holder, opening and closing the store and managing operations in the absence of management
• Build and maintain client relationships through data capture and proactive clienteling
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs, including SPH and UPT
• Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring store standards and window displays are maintained
• Support team development by assisting in the orientation and training of new associates
• Manage store operations including cash handling, shipment processing, and inventory maintenance
• Maintain loss prevention awareness and adhere to all Health and Safety guidelines

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment
• Excellent people skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Target-driven with a proven ability to meet sales goals
• Fluency in English
• Computer literacy for transaction processing and clienteling apps
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional appearance
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift luggage up to 15kg
