Sales Associate (Key Holder)

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by providing premium customer service through the TUMI Selling Ceremony
• Manage store operations independently, including opening and closing the store in the absence of management
• Build and maintain client relationships through data capture and proactive outreach
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, SPH, and KPI goals
• Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring store standards and signage are maintained
• Support team development by assisting in the orientation and training of new associates
• Handle operational tasks such as processing shipments, managing cash registers, and maintaining inventory
• Monitor loss prevention and participate in weekly cycle counts to control shrinkage

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment
• Excellent people skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Target-driven with a proven ability to meet sales goals
• Fluency in English
• Computer literacy for processing transactions and managing client data
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional appearance
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift luggage up to 15kg
