Sales Associate (Key Holder)

Responsibilities

• Act as a leading force on the sales floor, driving sales and meeting SPH and KPI goals.
• Manage store operations independently during non-peak times, including opening and closing procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service through the TUMI Selling Ceremony and build long-term client relationships via data capture and clienteling.
• Assist in training and motivating the sales team to maintain high standards of product knowledge and service.
• Execute visual merchandising guidelines, including window and interior changes, to maintain brand standards.
• Oversee operational tasks such as processing shipments, managing cash registers, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Support loss prevention efforts through diligent stock management and awareness.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment.
• Excellent people skills with a proven ability to motivate a team.
• Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales objectives.
• Strong brand sensibility and professional appearance.
• Fluency in English.
• Computer literacy for processing transactions and managing client data.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift luggage up to 15kg.
