Sales Associate (Key Holder)

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by providing premium customer service through the TUMI Selling Ceremony
• Act as a key holder, managing store operations and opening/closing the store independently during non-peak times
• Build and maintain client relationships through data capture and proactive outreach
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
• Assist in training and motivating the sales team to maintain high service standards
• Manage merchandising tasks, including window displays and interior signage implementation
• Oversee operational duties such as processing shipments, managing cash registers, and maintaining stock levels
• Support loss prevention efforts through inventory management and cycle counts

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment
• Excellent people skills and a target-driven mindset
• Fluency in English
• Computer literacy
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional appearance
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift luggage up to 15kg
