Sales Associate - Key Holder

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and product advice to enhance the shopping experience
• Act as a brand ambassador by informing customers about current product features and benefits
• Drive customer loyalty and brand image through high-quality interactions
• Ensure products are displayed in accordance with company visual merchandising guidelines
• Support inventory management and product deliveries
• Maintain an excellent store appearance and a positive work environment
• Perform keyholder duties as required, including opening and closing the store

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales roles
• Fluency in German; English language skills are a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for interacting with people
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Outdoor enthusiast with a passion for sharing that interest with customers
• Flexible availability, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
