Responsibilities

- Drive sales results through brand storytelling and deep product knowledge
- Guide customers through the purchase process to ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a high-standard shopping environment
Requirements
- Proven professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal communication
- Previous experience working in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced team setting
- Flexibility to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly, as well as climb, bend, and kneel
- Proficiency in English
