Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide expert styling advice to create complete looks
- Actively listen to customer needs to suggest appropriate products and add-ons
- Drive sales results through brand storytelling and deep product knowledge
- Maintain operational excellence, including POS transactions and stockroom organization
- Guide customers through the purchase process to ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Collaborate with the team and provide constructive feedback to improve performance
Requirements
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal communication
- Previous experience working in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a team setting
- Proficiency in English (or local language proficiency per market)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
